Draw Your Signature Online

Select the Draw tab, then sign inside the canvas using your mouse, trackpad, or finger on a touchscreen. Take your time, since a slower stroke usually gives a smoother line. If you are not happy with the result, click Clear and try again.

When your signature looks right, click Download PNG. The file saves with a transparent background, so you can place it on documents without a white box behind it.

A touchscreen with a stylus gives you the most control, followed by a finger on a trackpad or phone. A standard mouse works too, but shorter, deliberate strokes tend to look cleaner than one continuous fast motion.

Sign larger than you think you need to. A bigger drawing captures more detail and stays crisp when you scale it down to fit a signature line on a contract or form.

A downloaded signature image works anywhere you can insert a picture: PDFs, Word documents, presentation slides, and email footers. It is a quick way to personalize a document without printing and scanning.
