Drag and drop a CSV or Excel file containing your recipient data. The wizard previews the first 5 rows so you can verify your data before continuing. Excel files with multiple sheets let you pick which sheet to use.
Map Columns & Configure Recipients
The wizard auto-matches your spreadsheet columns to template variables using fuzzy matching. Override any mapping, designate variables as signature fields, assign field types (signature, initial, date, name, etc.), and add up to 10 recipients per document — each color-coded for clarity.
Preview Merged Documents
Review a live PDF preview of each merged document before sending. Navigate between rows to check different recipients, verify variable values, and ensure everything looks right.
Review & Submit
Name your batch, review the recipient list and document count, then submit. Your batch processes in the background — monitor progress from the Batches dashboard with real-time status tracking.

You can send to hundreds of recipients in a single batch. Each document supports up to 10 signers, and batches can contain up to 1,000 documents.
What file formats does bulk sending support?
The bulk send wizard accepts CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet files. For Excel files with multiple sheets, you can select which sheet to use.
How are signature credits calculated for bulk sending?
Each document in the batch uses 1 signature credit, regardless of how many recipients it has. A batch of 100 documents uses 100 credits whether each document has 1 signer or 10. Credits are reserved on submission and refunded for any failed or cancelled jobs.
